Hello Jeanne!

Welcome to the fourms, 10% BF is pretty low. Any particular reason for it?

I know 10% is pretty low. I like to set my goals very high as it keeps me motivated. What % would you consider to be the minimum % for women?

18-22% is good and considered lean but not the average.
13-17% is considered very lean and athletic.
9-12% is essential bodyfat, so is very low.

Very low bodyfat can cause missed periods which in turn can lead to bone loss, so be careful. Bodyfat levels are also slightly higher deoending on age, as a woman ages her bodyfat levels are calculated at a higher %, per every decade, and that is considered the "correct" percentage, so it's not based solely on female versus male bodyfat percentage either.
