New here...........
Hello ! I am new here and am looking to start a weight training routine. I am 55 years young. I want to lose some weight also. I am always dieting but now I am ready to do some light weight lifting. I live in a very rural area
and there is nothing remotely like a gym. I have ordered a weight bench and 2,3,5 pound weights.
Any suggestions about where to start would be appreciated.
