Default Just turned 21 years old

Hello, to all. I just want to let you that I weight a little over 185 and I'm 5'6 tall. I really want to loose over 55 pounds. I want to work out but it's hard when I don't have anyone to encourage me to do so. Today I started working out and I need advice on what other workouts I can do that are free. I need help. Is their anyone out their that's willing to help me loose weight and achieve my goal. I would appreciate it. I am dedicated and hard working so I ask for your honest advice.

Hi there! If you want to start slow, maybe do little things such as push ups, sit ups, and some small weights. You don't even need a lot to get a pretty good workout. Or, if you are social, take some tennis lessons. Great workout and you will meet others and you can play tennis.
