join me: back in shape in 12 weeks
Hi,
I used to be in great shape, but I've fallen off the wagon. If you've got some lifting experience and want to get back to peak then we might be a good match. Mostly, though, I just need somebody who will actually stick with me through the 12 weeks I plan on doing this. It means emailing each other for some accountability and motivation, and actually dedicating yourself to a program.
I'm 5'4, 120 lbs but quite soft. I have some fat to lose and some muscle to gain, and I'll probably wind up at 115; I don't obsess over weight, but I know extra fat when I see it! I will be easing back into running and doing weight lifting at home. You really can do a tremendous amount with dumbells, a ball or bench, and a straight barbell.
If you want I'll send you a pretty detailed plan with my basic diet and exercise goals. (For me to lose fat I've found that I MUST keep a food diary so I have this spreadsheet worked out.) I plan on starting my new effort officially on Sunday 8/1, so look forward to hearing from you!
