Ahoyhoy!
Hey there, I'm Sari.
Gee, I don't even know where to begin. I'm twenty, relatively in shape, although so far that's mostly due to working as a backwaiter at a restaurant (lots of constant moving and heavy tray lifting) and winning the genetic lottery, but.. that can't last, so I've decided I want to instill good habits while I'm young and still have the energy to do so!
The more I look up fitness online and study, the more discouraged I get. It feels like people are either trying to be super in shape athletes or losing weight, and I fall into neither category.. I just want to be healthy and stay healthy for the duration of my life, you know? Both my mom and dad are obese, and I've seen what that can do to someone, and that terrifies me, so here I am!
Anyway, hi, I guess I'll take a look around. =)
