Hello :)

I'm new here, I've been looking for a good online forum for tips and motivation for my workouts. I'm 24 and working out quite a bit at the moment - trying to tone up and to get fit for a ten km race in September. I run quite a lot and trying to mix it up with strength training etc.

You should try some squats, they work your whole body, I have being doing them for two weeks and already feel alot stronger
