Hello everyone. My name is Ally. I've been trying to loose weight for about two years ago and have said farewell to 50-ish pounds thus far. I have a weight goal as far as loss is concerned and I'm 34 pounds away from that.
But now I have a huge problem. It's my lack of tone and muscle. I've always been a little more on the apple shape than a pear. My back is still pretty jiggly and my abdominal area looks like cottage cheese. Not to mention the "wings" of arm flab I have!
So, I'm hear to learn about fitness and of the various stuff I can do. Glad to meet all of you.
