I am new - greetings from Buffalo, NY!!
Hello to all. I am so thrilled to have found this forum and am looking forward to learning and sharing fitness and diet information with everyone. I am a 51-year old female with a bad left knee (4 knee surgeries). Within the past three years, I have found exercise and have lost 74 pounds so far. I have about another 30 to go. In a million years, I never would have I would come to like exercise!!! I am looking for both weight loss ideas and workout tips. I have been on a plateau with my weight loss for about one year now and can't quite figure out what is wrong, since I burn 1,000 calories (according to my Heart Rate Monitor) with each work out 3x per week.
I hope to be able to get to know you and get new ideas and tips for weight loss and working out.
