Hello from Los Angeles!
Hey everybody --
I just joined today and I'm excited to meet everybody here and explore the forums some more! I work in the Fitness industry for a living -- I work full time at Petranek Fitness/CrossFit Los Angeles. CrossFit is a great and fun workout and it has literally changed my life. I used to work in post-production as a music editor on both film and tv projects. I did martial arts for years as a hobby....and then I found CrossFit and discovered I was secretly an athlete and never knew it! I also never knew how fun it could be.
Anyway, I'm excited to meet everyone here!
