Default Nice to meet everyone

I, too, am a fitness fanatic (or trying to be). For years I was in terrific shape (maybe a little too thin). The past few years I have slacked and put on a few pounds (and I want to keep the pounds). I am now back in the gym with the intention of building muscle . . . not hugely muscular, but more than simply being "tone". Hopefully, these forums will offer advice and encouragement as I start this crazy journey.

Peace . . .

Hi, nice to meet you too. I am also new, but I have been checking the forums out and don't see too much action...I hope that things speed up in here!
