Hi All! I am really excited to have found this forum! I have battling the weight loss battle for quite some time and I am really trying to master it and get fit this time without any regain! I am looking for tips and support and hope to make some great friends here! I am looking to lose about 67 pounds over all, but most importantly to get healthy and in shape! I look forward to meeting everybody!!!

You can do it, you just need to throw some hard work outs at it
