Smile Allow me to introduce myself

I'm trying to get serious about taking care of myself but I have trouble with motivation. I don't really need to lose weight but reconfigure what I have and make sure I'm healthy on the inside. Hopefully, this forum will provide the advice and support I'm looking for.

Hi and welcome to the forum!

Start off small and work your way up doing more intense sessions.

With training the more you do the better you feel. Once you start doing even a little bit you should start feeling healthier and have more energy.

Remember, exercise releases serotonin in the brain, serotonin controls your mood. So the more that's released the better you feel. It's the best natural high you'll find!
