I am new in this forum. Dancing is one of my hobby, and i want to do it for fun and also to shape my body. Any idea what kind of dancing i should take ? What about belly dance ??
Thanks! I heard that we can't mix dancing and weight training, coz weight training reduce our body flexibility. I have done weight training for nearly 3 years, and now i get a little bored.
Weight training does give you more muscles and would make you a SLIGHT more stocky, if that's what you mean. However, I wouldn't ditch weight training completely.
