hey I'm new My name is Katy and I've been trying to lose weight for awhile, I was basically succeeding up until a month ago, I'm stuck at 126 pounds! I also can't get any better at exercising, I go for run, can't ever improve my time, lift weights yet don't get much stronger and swim but can't get faster. I guess I've just joined in to learn as much about fitness as I can, hope I can have fun while doing it
