New to forum

Hello. I am from Canada. Running is what I prefer but it has been a couple of years and the winter blues are getting to me. So too is the extra weight I want to lose. Icy outdoors make it hard to get motivated. I'm hoping joining a forum will help me stay motivated and keep me moving.

Hi MissFit, Welcome !
Why don't you add your exercise with weight lifting ? Cardio + weight lifting are always the best way to lose weight !

I hear ya -- it's below zero right here too! Getting out is hard in winter...usually I just stick to the gym, do more weights
