Reshaping tushie

Hi,
I value your comments.

I am 48, been sitting on the old tushie daily for the past 26 years. Is it possible to reshape that area of your body?

What are the exercises for that?

Hi Tempest61, give lunges and step-ups (stairs etc) a try, they help to use the larger muscles of the butt and do tone the area as well

also, you may consider pilates. Pilates is know for the great work it does to your abs, but it is also amazing for the back side :-) It's also super easy on your joints.
