When you are looking for healthy recipes, then focus on vegetables. Avoid oils, cream sauces, or using a lot of dairy or meat.
Use beans or tofu instead of meat in many meals. Use brown rice instead of white rice and only egg whites in recipes.

A few egg yolks is not going to cause a problem and it has been established that egg yolks do not raise cholesterol.

Tofu. Ick. I'd prefer a lean steak anytime.

Tofu, I'd have to agree...although had some soya based sausages, years ago, not even sure if they still do them, but they were yummmmmy, by Tivali...they really were good

Healthy Recipes

Easy Black Bean Soup

3 cups Water
2 cans Black Beans
2 Stalks celery, chopped
1 Onion, chopped
1 tbsp Olive oil
2 Cloves Garlic
1 tbsp Fresh Ginger, chopped fine
Black pepper to taste

Heat oil in skillet. Saute onion until tender (5 min?). Add Celery, garlic, ginger -- cook 1-2 mins more to release flavors. Add everything else and simmer 30 mins or so to mix flavors and thicken a little.
