
Hello everyone, here I introduce you my authentic summer egg sandwich recipe (lunch or dinner)

Wholegrain bread, two slices
one free range egg, size 7
one salted duck egg yolk (it is the highlight of this dish)
canned baked beans, one spoon
avocado or if not available use cucumber or tomato
Roast bread pieces on medium heat, then spread avocado on one piece only
Then spread beans on top of the avocado on the same piece of bread
Chop duck egg yolk into small cubes (the yolk is solid after being salted)
Stir egg and salted duck yolk together then pour in a heated non stick pan or non stick panini maker heat for about 2 min
When the mixture becomes solid place it on the bread
now place the other piece of bread on top of the egg spre and eat!

The salted duck egg save you using any seasonings or oil to cook the egg spread
When heated the oil will ooze out from the duck egg, which not only look yum but also taste yum!!!
