Salmon in a Sweet chilli Sauce

I cooked this for my Dad of friday night, and it was really nice.

Fried up some onions and herbs in a little oil.
Put half into a pan with the Quinoa and cook as directed.
Put the rest of the onions into a frying pan.
Add one yellow pepper and two chilli peppers chopped finely.
half a stockcube and two table spoons of mango chutney
Black pepper and sugar to taste
add cashew nuts and flakes of salmon and enough water to reach the desired consistency.
Pour over Quinoa and serve with green veg.

Quinoa is a rice/noodle substitute so you could use these just wouldn't be as healthy.
