Sounds good, though I'd probably replace the asparagus with broccoli, not to struck on the flavour of asparagus, and oddly broccoli is also in the anti-cancer property range of veggies, some chemical/nutrient beginning with sulph- or something similar, it's in one of my books, but I can't be bothered to research it at the mo.
