There does seem to be a lot of spam on this forum, companies must have armies of people trying to infiltrate fitness forums.
I supose its a compliment that they are trying so hard to get stuff posted on this site

There was a whole lot more before the axe was wielded on them , it's fun being able to obliterate the spammers...but mostly they're just trying to promote their goods, and forums have collapsed under the weight of them, which isn't good for people who are genuinely on a forum in order to be part of a community...so we will endeavour to stay on the ball, where spam is concerned.
