The first time I came on this site I found an article about weight training. I have been training off and on for two years. I have 3 kids and 3 step kids so it doesn't always work out that I get to workout. Anyway, the administrator gave a link to another site that offers free workouts as well. It is more geared toward women, but I found one specifically for women. Doug lays out an exact (easy to follow) routine. Go to this site. Click on Fat Loss and Toning, then The Super Toning Training Routine. I have been doing it for the last three weeks and I can really see a difference.

I added some stuff to mine, but it is a great workout. I repeat the cardio so that it's at least 30 minutes long. Sometimes I do it just once in the morning before I start getting ready for work.
