Lightbulb lower body exercise ideas with an injury

hello i have a client that has a partially torn ligament in her right knee and i was looking for some ideas for lower body exercises. she is ok'd by her doc to work out but cannot perform lunges or squats or leg extensions. i will have her perform straight leg lifts, kickbacks, and static squats against a wall for hamstrings, glutes and quads on the first workout. any other ideas would be much appreciated.

Which ligament did she tear?

If its the MCL she should be fine as long as you dont have her doing anything which involves her moving laterally in an aggressive manner

If ACL then you can start with a terminal knee extension to strengthen the VMO and increase stabilty. Once she has increased the strength in the VMO progress her to low box step-ups or peterson step-ups. Over time her strength and stabilty will return and she can start squating again
