Stomach pain near right side of belly button
Ok, I am new here so let me give you a little update. I started working out 3wks. ago with a trainer and we do weight lifting 3 days a week and I try to then get in cardio everyday for 20min. Well, we do three sets of every exercise and usually around three exercises for each body part. Hope that makes sense. Well the last week I started having a pain on the right side of my belly button and it it really bad when I do my abs or sometimes even just turn a certain way. Sometimes it keeps me up at night b/c if I'm coughing or turning on my right side it hurts like hell. I mentioned it to my trainer and so we didn't do any abs for a week and then right when we started today the pain kicked in. Any advice on what this could be? It is driving me crazy b/c I am skipping abs due to this and I really enjoy this workout.
