Please help

I would really appreciate it if you girls could help me...

I have been doing the same workout for 3 1/2 weeks now (it's an ABA/BAB workout). I encorporate arms, butt, thighs, and legs along with abs every day. I do cardio each time I work out (3 days a week). I feel like I am hitting a wall though. I don't feel like I am seeing any more results and it's frustrating as hell.

I am so particular about how I want my body to look (as I suspect many of you are). So this may seem a little weird, but I am trying to get my hourglass figure to change a little.

The problem with how I look now is that my hips sort of jut out instead of just laying (I hope that makes sense). Basically I am just trying to figure out what I could do differently to get that fat away from my hips because I totally hate it. Does anyone have any great workouts that target hips and could firm up my butt, too?? Thanks a lot!

Am I being really stupid but I can't tell the difference between the two pictures?


My bofriend says he thinks the second photo has been messed around with more, like air brushed.
I think they both look like great hips so if your hips look like either of those pictures well done!!!

The best way to target fat is to do exercise, you cannot target a set area, but as you lose weight the hips will stand out more because the waist will thin down; also we women must remember that we store weight on hips whereas men store it on belly initially; it's due to our estrogen levels and their testosterone levels. But exercise will get you where you want to be, and it will work; you can do exercise that improves those areas anyway; but the best form of exercise is to target all areas of the body...and watch it shape before your eyes.
