I would really appreciate it if you girls could help me...
I have been doing the same workout for 3 1/2 weeks now (it's an ABA/BAB workout). I encorporate arms, butt, thighs, and legs along with abs every day. I do cardio each time I work out (3 days a week). I feel like I am hitting a wall though. I don't feel like I am seeing any more results and it's frustrating as hell.
I am so particular about how I want my body to look (as I suspect many of you are). So this may seem a little weird, but I am trying to get my hourglass figure to change a little.

The problem with how I look now is that my hips sort of jut out instead of just laying (I hope that makes sense). Basically I am just trying to figure out what I could do differently to get that fat away from my hips because I totally hate it. Does anyone have any great workouts that target hips and could firm up my butt, too?? Thanks a lot!
