Newbie in the house!
Hello,
I'm a newbie who recently started lifting weights in January. I lift with two 25 dumbells for an hr 6 days a week. I am hoping to transform my pipes even moreso, as I want my biceps to pop without having to flex!
I have the lifting down, but NOW I just have to get my eating a bit cleaner and upping my protein would probably help too, no? I hope I find some support here, as I want to become an even buffer babe
Any help or tips would be appreciated. I'm in my early 40's, 5 feet 9 inches tall and weigh 150. I am one fit female that loves weightlifting It makes me feel amazing and strong!
