Shoulders

Hey all, how many days a week do you all work your shoulders? How many total sets and over how many exercises?

Also, how many days a week do you work your legs? How many total sets over how many exercises?

Thanks a ton. I'm trying to rework my weekly routine. I think I have been overtraining a bit...

That's a difficult one to answer, I'll have to add it up:

But, I work the entire body 3 days a week, so legs get three workouts as do the shoulders...now to add up...

Shoulders, 5, I think * 2 sets each = 10 sets total.

Legs, 8, I think (may have missed one out) * 2 sets each = 16 sets total.

I vary the actual exercises a lot but try to do three for each group. At the moment I'm doing 3 sets of ten reps.
