Hi everyone!
I just re-discovered this age-old training wheel and have to say I am loving it. I wanted to know if anyone else has been using it regularly and if so, what results you have seen/felt.
The one at my gym is actually the "Fit Wheel" but one side of the foot pedals is missing the rubber part so I can't do any of the exercises involving the full body
(like pikes).
Right now, I am starting with 3 sets 7-10, on my knees.
I'd love to know how many of you use this as well.
