Back

Hey ladies, what do your back and chest workouts look like? I have been working out pretty hard with P90X for about 7 months now...and I've got to say I bulked up a bit. Just wanted to see what everyone else was doing. Which exercises and how many sets. Thanks!!

Previous post from you sounded like you didn't want to bulk.

wouldn't mind getting to 125 lb. if it's healthy muscle!

My back routine is aimed at developing strength for the deadlift portion of my powerlifting
and at the moment it consists of

on Fridays, deadlifts, shrugs, seated rows, single arm DB rows, light squats
on Tuesdays i do hyper extensions and dynamic deadlifts in addition to my squat program

my sets and reps can be found in my journal

My back work outs concists of

Lat pull downs 3x10
Bent over Rows (usually one sided with db's) 3x10
Rows on the adjustable pulleys slightly inclined 3x10
Back press machine. 2x15 light weight

Occassionally I do a Barbell workout if I can't get to the gym, which includes squats and deadlifts and maybe some upright rows.
