a little inspiration anyone?
Hi,
I am new to the Forums and am just starting weight training. My goal is to become much stronger, more defined in my legs and gain a lot of mass on my upper body. I am hoping to get to know some people on here so that I can get some advice and a lot of inspiration from you girls. I feel pretty alone in my ambitions and don't really know where to start or what will work. So... any one who is in the same boat, or been there then please get in touch. I would love some encouragment.
