Talking Freestyler weight loss

Hello everyone, I have just stumbled upon this device on the internet called Freestyler. Does anyone have any opinion about it? It looks very dynamics and fun and they are promising great effects in a short period of time because of multiaxis functional training. Can anyone confirm that functional training has better effects than conventional means? I would appreciate any feedback before I decide to buy it.

Christine

looks like a cheesy gimmick to me
good old fashioned exercise is the way to go.
"dynamic" is what all exercise is.

I just checked out the website.

While I think Functional Trainers at the gym are wonderful pieces of equipment, I wouldn't waste my money on the Freestyler. Resistance bands are also great to incorporate into your workouts but not as a substitution for free weights or machines. Again, this is my opinion.

Good luck!
