I do an assortment for chest too, but you did ask what was the favourite!!
I prefer the barbell on my incline bench.
I use an EZ bar, the one with some angles on it.
This is my favourite because I feel the isolation of the pectoral group much more than when I use dumbells. I use a wider grip on the bar (shoulder width) for outer pecs and move to a narrower grip (thumbs closer together) for inner pecs.
