Kettlebells?

Hey does anyone here use kettlebells? I discovered them a couple of years ago, fell in love and haven't turned back I'd love a whole range of sizes, but only have two sets at the moment - 26lb and 56lb. I also have a pair of adjustable KB's which are at 16lb at the moment. Does anyone here use them? Have any great routines for use with them?

I looked at those once, but they were too expensive so I left them and stayed with my weights. They did look interesting though; I saw one guy do the double arm swing (raise arms to shoulder height) in a swimming pool for the added resistance; the Russian one-arm get-up looks good for the core; and it seems the swing through the legs and back to shoulder height is an all-round strength builder...have seen some stuff on youtube, that might be the place to look for "kettlebell routines".

Yeah they can be pretty expensive! Was travelling with a group of 10 once in Australia and managed to find two for really cheap - they were 12kg each and each person had a 20kg baggage allowance so managed to fit them in the luggage for no extra charge w00t!

Thanks for all the tips! Wow.. in a swimming pool, thats a novel idea! Should try it some time hehe...
