Tone Your Arms With Shake weight!

If you guys haven't already seen the video on youtube or any other site, there's this new product called the "Shake weight" It uses a new workout technology called dynamic enertia and it's supposed to help shape and tone your arms. Now at first when i saw it i thought it was a joke and that it wouldn't work, so i ordered it. I've now had for about 3 weeks now and i can see visible results and its amazing! It's like nothing i've ever used before, it's so lightweight yet in a matter of seconds you can feel it working out your arms. Here's the video that i watched on youtube. so i suggest everyone check out or even buy the Shake weight because i can honestly say it's worked for me

I once saw the Flexi-Bar advertised which is used by German physiotherapists in the rehabilitation of sports people, or at least that's where it originated. It seemed like a good piece of equipment but use of it tightens the shoulder muscles etc, which isn't such a good thing, but I guess it would have worked with a stretching/relaxation programme. You never know until you try something, but I decided to stick with my free weights...although the Perfect Push-up gadget did intrigue me

5k, the Flexi-Bar looks to be the same as the Bodyblade i use at the gym. It is great for working the rotator cuff and has helped me bring my shoulders back into balance and to prevent injury from my heavy lifting.

many tools have their place in the gym but some are realy bad for you or just don't do anything.

an item as light as the "shake weight" at 2.5 lb is going to be useless for working the targeted muscles except posibly for endurance in completing that movement

and the "scientific study" only compares it to a DB of the same weight and the homepage has no links to actual study results and conditions.

well i guess that may be the case, i just thought it was pretty cool how it worked for me when i thought it wasn't going to, i mean i see that my arms are getting tighter and tighter, i don't want them to be super bulky or toned, i just want to get rid of that hanging fat under my arm and its doing just that.

Geez, 2.5 lbs is that all? When I read 2.5 lbs, I was actually thinking 2.5 kg which is also lightweight, but my mistake made them heavier and they were still light even through my thinking error

I know pilates and other exercies employ a method of moving a small distance, barely negligible movement, and it appears to work...maybe they designed it on the same basis, still not for me though
