Maintaining and Toning requirements

Hi!

I am at the maintaining and toning stage. What exactly are the requirements for weekly training/workouts? I go to the gym 5 days a week. Should I be doing Cardio all 5 days (if so, how many minutes a day). How many days a week should I work on legs and how many days a week should I work on weights/arms?

Keep in mind, my main focus now is to tone up that flabby BUTT.

Thanks for the help and guidance!!!!

Dee

You should be working with weights for a full body routine 3 days per week with at least a day between strength workouts, There is no need for a split routine (different muscle on different days). You can do cardio on the same day but would be better on days you don't lift.

I agree with Trusylver. That's also the training method I currently use.
