I am looking into women and creatine and wondering if anyone here has tried it and if you have, did you get BULKY or toned? Also, does it make you put on wait. Basically,, Is it worth it???
hi i take creatine in my protien shake every morning i dont think it makes me bulky i think it makes the muscles feel tighter more toned than anything else thats the only difference ive noticed ... i havent put on weight with it ...try it if u dont like it stop ...hope this helps a bit
