Hi
i get so much conflicting advice from the guys in the gym about how to tone and slim my legs down, i'm just wondering if any of u have advice about slow heavy weight with a few reps or 20-50 reps with a lighter weight. would be really pleased to receive some good tips.
my name is jan 49yeas been messing around in the gym for years and years and never really have success and slimming my legs down unless i go to a really light weight about 58 kilos, i just can't get there anymore. i stick now around the 65 kilos'
