IMHO (... and experience) I need to ensure that I am doing the crunch correctly in the first place, really targetting the muscles and feeling the burn. It is so easy to confuse a neck moved forward as a crunch -- I also try to do the movement more slowly, which helps me "feel" it more.

6 Pack Abs

Everyone out there is saying the right things!

To get nice flat, toned abs you need to be doing every fitness and nutritional component right.

To start with you need to nail a healthy balanced diet and make it consistant from week to week. Plenty of fruit & veg, low fat, Low sugar and the right calorie intake.

Cardio training 3 x per week, and I personal believe you should be mixing up the intensity to get the best out of this training!

& get lifting those weights, work the whole body out over a matter or 2-3 days each week. The key is to always push yourself and change up your routine on a monthly basis!!
