I've lost 10 pounds since the 2008 started. A lot of running and water!

I lost 85 pounds a lot of years ago. I am 5' 1" and 118. I still have a lot of fat in the midsection. I do 2 hours of cardio 5 times a week. Weight lifting. Eat healthy. Don't know what else to do. Any suggestions?

What type of cardio do you do? Post up your exact workouts
