How much weight have you lost?

How much weight have you lost in the past month? I've only been working out for the past three months, so I'm just beginning. I think I've lost about 15 pounds since I started, about 4 pounds since the beginning of October.

I'm just eating light, healthy cereal, fruitcups, trying to stay away from junk food and bread. I workout after school for about 20 minutes.

What about yoU?

Hi. I've dropped about 7 lbs in the last 2 weeks since I've switched birth control pills. It helped a lot. I am on medication for anxiety (Prozac) and ADHD (Concerta), too. I hate being on drugs like that, but they help with stress.
I'm 5' 5" and 127 lbs currently.
My ideal weight is around 118. I would love to get back to that, but since I've been on birth control, it seems like I just can't get there.

When I graduated college and started working (5 yrs ago) I put on some weight. I was also on Paxil at the time, so I think that had a lot to do with it. Anyway, most of my college life I was around 135. When I started Paxil, I went up to 160 in a matter of 5 months. Once I started working out, I lost 42 lbs (down to 118) in about a year.
But like I said, I 've been having trouble getting back there since the bc pills.
I started running about 2 years ago, but in the last 5 months, I hurt my knee so I had to stop. I still work out at the gym on the elliptical machine, treadmill, lift weights, and I take body sculpting classes 3 days a week. I eat pretty decently, but I know I could probably do a lot better. I think the stress gets in the way a lot and makes me have uncontrollable sugar rushes...especially at night I'm assuming that is sabotaging a lot of my "working out" during the day.
I guess I just need more motivation and to be able to relax more, so that is why I decided to try this out.

I've gained actually a few pounds the past week. In-laws are in town!

Has anybody lost more than 100 pounds or something extreme?

I am steadily losing weight...about 2lbs a week. I don't want to lose too much, and I don't want to lose any muscle either...I want to keep the tone I've worked hard for! I have lose about 24 pounds all up since I started on my fitness regime

I haven't lost or gained anything since I started my fitness program (if you could call it that) but then again apparently I'm already at my ideal weight or just under it...so I guess I don't need to lose weight however some muscles and abs would be good! My siblings reckon I could be mistaken for a twig...

Paxil is horrible for weight gain. I was put on it when I was around 15 and went from 130ish lbs to 208 in about a year. After I went off it it took about 2 years to lose.

As for how much I've lost this month, I've actually gained about 10 lbs in December. LOL Too much Christmas foods - I couldn't resist. Plus, I'm on Paxil again (started 2 months ago) and it's probably not helping.

I've lost 13.5 pounds since about September. I didn't really start working out until November though, and since then I've lost 8 pounds. Woohoo!
