I don't usually buy into the workout videos, but on reccomendation of one of our memebers I researched and bought Turbo Jam videos. It comes with more than just videos and there are 5 videos with it. I received it yeserday and WOW! What a cardio workout!! I really love my weights, but needed more cardio in my routine and this was not only easy but FUN too!
I just bought and have been doing it for a week straight now and i lost an inch in my hips and waist! Its so much fun.. its def. something i look forward to in the morning. Im usually not one for infomericals but it was really motivating and fun. Its a must try! Kick Boxing to Awesome music!
