Women and Boxing

How many women here are interested or considering boxing as an alternative to getting fit?

Boxing is just another way to get fitter...all that skipping and running, not to mention core work, it's all good. I used to do Taekwondo, Judo, and Jujitsu as a kid, and can definitely say that these sports do keep you fit, in addition to help you feel more comfortable on the street. I'm more inclined toward the sports that use the legs too, and I have a wicked Uchimata throw.

I'd love to do boxing, but because of my lack of left tricep I'm not allowed I'm hoping once I gain more strength back in my arm I could take up some boxing classes at my gym though
