protein supplement

What protein supplement do you like the best? I'm trying to decide which one to buy. I don't like thick smoothies made with yogurt. I need to begin a protein supplement.

The best protein drink I've tried and liked so far is Muscle Milk. My favorite protein bars are Supreme Protein Carb Conscious bars. They're actually really good!

Pffft. Protein is protein, women or men metabolise it the same way. IMO, saying it is just for women is silly.

I love Musashi myself, and I mix it with water in a shaker. Bloating from protein shakes often come from doing it in a blender that foams it up and you swallow a lot of air that results in bloating, gas and more gas.
