I was advised to reduce carbs at mid-morning, so I'd take the oatmeal out of your 10.30 meal and eat some solid protein instead, like tuna or chicken with cottage cheese.

I'd also try to get some more fruit and veg in there, eg some salad with chicken breast for 10.30am would be good.

You also take 5 scoops of protein a day, maybe take a couple out for real food like eggs or something?

I want to tone and loose weight on my arms,
and loose fat and cellulite around my thighs.
I am also constipated so how can i speed up my metabolism. I run 3 times a week. Any advice

what's your size, weight and age?
if you don't do anything besides running and you want your upper body to tone you'll have to do some exercises for the upper body
how long and how far do you run?
what's your diet like?

need more info before you can expect any advice of value.

I am 23 years old, 130 lbs,. I run twice a weak for 20 minutes. I eat a diet consiting of grains, lean meats, and vegetables. How can i reduce the fat on my thighs, as well as cellulite. Does runnign make my thighs bigger?? How abouy my calfs?

Running shouldn't make your thighs any bigger, but you can keep a record by measuring them, that's the best way to track size gains/losses
