Workout at work!
Its not as if you get your 1400 cardio bulk done whilst looking over the view of Manchester in your empty conference room. No, whatever you are, its not as hard as you think to get some workout done at work.
Fact: Even moving, twitching, fidgeting and twirling around on your desk chair burns calories.
Keep fit in work
So you want to lose weight whilst getting your promotion?

Replace your phone

Get your desk phone replaced with a cordless one. Stand or even walk around when taking calls.
Fidget

Twirl on your chair, move on your chair. This is good for your posture especially if your back is arched and focussed all day on your TFT.
Squash or Stress Ball

Performing various hand grip exercises by squeezing a stress ball for 2 minutes, four times a day will lower your blood pressure drastically! Although its not going to shed pounds of you - it is still going to drop your heart rate and you will have a stronger heart when it comes to your exercise.
