Question best fatburner?

hi everyone!
can anyone recommend a good fatburner? i was going to buy Marzia Prince's "Lean & Fit Stack for Women".
i used to take Hydroxycut which worked great a few years ago, but when i tried it again, it didn't seem to do a thing. i also tried Lipo-6 and that didn't do a thing for me either.
any recommendations would help!
thank you and best of luck to everyone!

in my humble opinion the best fat burner is muscle.
green tea is a healthy alternative too perhaps. i like jasmine and bancha, but can't drink any after noon 'cause of how it jazzes me up.
beware the adrenal fatigue that can follow chronic use of caffeine or other herbal stimulants.

wouldn't mind getting to 125 lb. if it's healthy muscle!

I think there's a lot to be said for a strong cup of coffee first thing in the morning. Don't think I'm safe to drive without it! he he he

Caffeine before a workout can be good aswell if it helps you keep going but taking any stimulants in the eveings can effect my sleep and thats bad for building muscle and fitness and losing weight!

I've never used any fat burners, I guess I just don't believe they work.
Anybody know about the science behind it??????
I'd be interested to know.

Smile I bought BSN products today..

thanks guys for the reply!
that's been sorta my daily morning ritual when i wake up with my daughter: a cup of green tea! but it hasn't been consistant.

i'm trying to wean myself off from coffee..( going to miss my Starbucks for awhile.) lol that has been one of my bad habits since i've had my daughter: a cup of coffee with international delight creamer!

i shouldn't beat myself up because i never finish my cup of coffee anyway. mainly because my daughter keeps me running around that i forget to drink it and it just sits there getting cold! lol

but i gave in to the ad i found in my Oxygen magazine: BSN's stack products: Lean Protein Dessert, Cheaters, and Atro-phex. i did a lot of reading and research on them and so far great reviews. the products on the BSN website is way expensive. i was able to find them cheaper for half the price on another website.

once i receive them, i will start journaling! i should receive them next week.

i prefer going natural myself without fat burners and all that, but to help give a boost to my energy is what i'm hoping for this time.

::crossing fingers::

You should look at green tea, that has natural fat oxidizing properties
