As of this morning I've now lost 28 pounds, two stone down, six to go lol.
I'm now going to the gym 3 times a week and the trainer has upped my workout quite a bit, I'm doing about 80-90 minutes of cardio and strength training.
I'm still walking at least 30 minutes 6 or 7 days a week too.
Feeling amazing, like I'm on some sort of happy drug.
