Extra kgs in butt and tighs

Hi all! Almost 2 years ago I weighed 58kgs, and had a sudden weight loss of almost 10kgs (became 48kgs). I have gained weight again especially on my butt and tighs(At the moment i weigh 53 kgs). I am going for a 45minute fast walking every day, but I can see no results. Although i do not weigh that much, it shows that those extra kgs are in the mentioned parts when compared to my upper body. Any suggestions how i can lose this weight please? Looking forward for some good feedback.

Thank you in advance,

Stephanie.

Welcome to RWF

How tall are you? Because 53 kgs is not actually overly heavy, and 48 kgs doesn't sound too good at all especially if you are an averagre height of 5 ft 3 ins etc.
