I read somewhere that I should be using BMR to calculate the amount of calories I need to be consuming a day. It says 2100 kcal. I honestly don't think I'd be able to eat that much in day!
Does anyone use this method to calculate how many calories you should be consuing?

I can't remember how I calculated my intake, because it was some time ago, but I used a book-based calculation at the time. It's not too difficult to add te calories in and not eat a 'bulk' of food, you just need to select some of the more calories dense foods, that will help; so, olive oil on foods will easily increase your intake by 300 cals (2 tablespoons, spread over two meals, a sandwich and an evening meal etc), then there are nuts 100g = 600 calories. And both of these are good fats which will help your body burn the fat off, strange but true, but I realise you probably already know that as well, it's just that some people are not aware that we need fat in order to burn fat. But, above has added another 900 cals to your daily meals with very little extra bulk, I hope that has been of help.
