Default Does anyone know a weight loss strategy???

Hi, I am 23 years old and have been gaining on pounds and this is getting to me. The thing is that after several efforts of exercise and dieting, I don’t seem to get any slimmer! There are many ways to lose weight, but I have exhausted all the ways I know. I have consulted a few people but all of them have been telling me the same thing. It isn’t helping me and only making my fears worse.

Is there some way to make me feel better!!!

Default Be Consistent

Hey, what I found in my weight loss journey is to be consistent. Find an exercise/activity that you like to do for 30 min a day. You can even break it up 15 min on stationary bike, 15 min on treadmill. Also don't deprive yourself, like some folks go 'I'm going on a no potato/rice diet". You'll eat 2x as much if you start saying no. Like for instance. At home, I like to eat chicken nuggets and french fries for lunch on the weekends. I know that when I pull that bag outta the freezer that 1 serving size = 5 nuggets and 1 serving of fries is 12. I count it out As irritating as it may be it WILL become a habit---this keeps me from overeating. I also try to exercise at least 30 min on the bike. If I pull it in front of the tv...I exercise even longer watching a fav program. I just had a baby in January + I'm nursing and that alone burns 500 calories a day...I do try not to take advantage of that tho

I found this really quick workout that only takes 9 minutes a day. You don’t need any equipment and you can really feel (and see) the results. When you have a minute or two check out combatendurancefitness.com. The site leaves a little to be desired, but the DVD workout is good.
