Hey, what I found in my weight loss journey is to be consistent. Find an exercise/activity that you like to do for 30 min a day. You can even break it up 15 min on stationary bike, 15 min on treadmill. Also don't deprive yourself, like some folks go 'I'm going on a no potato/rice diet". You'll eat 2x as much if you start saying no. Like for instance. At home, I like to eat chicken nuggets and french fries for lunch on the weekends. I know that when I pull that bag outta the freezer that 1 serving size = 5 nuggets and 1 serving of fries is 12. I count it out

As irritating as it may be it WILL become a habit---this keeps me from overeating. I also try to exercise at least 30 min on the bike. If I pull it in front of the tv...I exercise even longer watching a fav program. I just had a baby in January + I'm nursing and that alone burns 500 calories a day...I do try not to take advantage of that tho
